Evaluation of enzymatic production of hydrolases and oxyredutases by Fusarium pseudocircinatum and Corynespora torulosa isolated from caesarweed (Urena lobata L., 1753)

This work evaluates the enzymatic production of hydrolases and oxireductases by endophytic fungi isolated from leaves caesarweed (Urena lobata L.), which is a perennial plant that well adapted to Amazon floodplains region, being widely used in hessian sacks other products natural fiber. Fungi strains Fusarium sp. (1290) Corynespora (1291) were reactivated, had their DNA extracted sequenced obtain molecular identification. For production, dried ground was as substrate mineral salt solutions Manachini GLBN 40 over during 10 days submerged cultivation (CS) under agitation. No LiP activity detected for either strains. results showed are promising seven eight quantified enzymes, these enzymes interest several industrial sectors.
